What is the order deadline:

All Santa letter orders must be completed on or before 1st December 2017

 

When will the letter arrive:

All letters will be posted between 6th and 10th December to allow plenty of time to arrive.

Points to note:

All letters will be posted via 2nd Class post. 

 

Customers ordering a letter for more than one child, every effort will be made to post the children from the same household letters on the same day, unfortunately though, once in the post I cannot control the time it takes to arrive which may mean children receive their letters on different days.  If this happens I advise keeping hold of the ones that do arrive first so that all children are given their letter on the same day.

 

Please check your form for spelling mistakes as these cannot be rectified once the letter has been printed.  A copy of the information you provide will be emailed to you, if you notice an error please get in touch immediately and I will do my best to make changes to your order but this cannot be guaranteed.

 

The details provided will be used only for the purposes of the Santa letter, details are never passed to any third parties or used for any other purpose.  Should the Santa letter run again next year your email address may be used to contact you and let you know Santa letters are available to order.
