Terms and Conditions

I believe that it is important for you, the customer and for me to have clear and simple terms and conditions.  It allows us to be clear on what we expect from each other and prevents any disagreement or dispute arising in the future.


Copyright - Unless specifically stated otherwise Angel Eyes Photography retains the copyright for all images.  It is a criminal offence to reproduce or copy in any way any images, purchased from or displayed on this website and you could be liable for prosecution.  When purchasing digital files, you have rights to have those printed and reproduced as many times as you like for Non-profit making use.  You DO NOT have the right to edit the photographs in anyway including but not limited to converting to Black and White, Instagram filters and such like.  Images must not be used for any businesses without written consent from Angel Eyes Photography.  


Rescheduling - You may reschedule your session once only and by giving a minimum of 7 days’ notice via telephone call.  Failure to do this will result in you forfeiting your booking fee as well as any package fee you have already paid as it will be taken as an admin/cancellation charge. If it is necessary to reschedule an outdoor shoot because of the weather, the final decision on whether to reschedule or not will be down to the photographer, if rescheduling is unavoidable you will be notified as soon as possible and given the next available session dates and times to choose from.  All rescheduled sessions must then take place a maximum of 3 months from the original scheduled date.  By paying the upfront booking/session fee's you are agreeing that you fully understand the above.


Cooling off period - When you book a session with Angel Eyes Photography you are covered under the 14 day cooling of period.  If during this 14 day period (from the date you pay the booking fee until 14 days after this date) you change your mind about the booking you are entitled to a full refund of the booking fee/deposit.  If you change your mind after this 14 day period or for whatever reason you are unable to attend your session at all and you don't wish to reschedule then you will not receive a refund.  The only exception to this is if the session is booked to take place within 14 days of you paying the booking fee, in this instance you are not covered under the 14 day cooling off period and will not be able to get a refund.


£50 session credits:  These credits available with the premium package can only be used for the session specified.  Where no session is specified, you must use the £50 within one year of your current photo session.  This cannot be used with any other offer.


Wall Art Credits:  Wall art credit is valid on the day of your ordering appointment only.  If you decide not to purchase wall art during the ordering appointment you will be forfeiting the wall art credit that came with your package.  Therefore, please measure up your wall space prior to your ordering appointment so that you know which size you would like to order.


Ordering Appointments:  One ordering appointment is included with all sessions.  If you are unable to come back to the studio for your ordering appointment I offer an online video call appointment.  You may reschedule your ordering session once only and by giving 7 days’ notice via telephone call.  Please be sure that anyone involved in making purchasing decisions are present at this ordering session as a second appointment may not be possible.  Ordering appointments must take place within 6 weeks of the session.


Illness - I am a Mum myself so I understand that children fall ill without giving us any warning.  If you think you or your child will not be well enough to attend and there is less than 7 days until your photo shoot then please call me.  It may be possible to reschedule you.  Please do not send Facebook messages or Emails in this situation as I am not always able to check my messages everyday particularly during busy times.


This works both ways, so if I am unable to carry out your photo shoot due to my own illness or one of my children, you will be notified as soon as possible via phone call.  Please make sure that the mobile number you have given me is correct.  You will then be offered the next available slots to choose from.


Please note that if you need to reschedule a cake smash session due to your own or your child’s illness, then I do unfortunately need to charge for another cake.  I don’t have a freezer large enough to be able to freeze the cake.  The fee for the cake is £45.


Chicken Pox: Please note that it is my policy that children who have chicken pox are not allowed to come to the studio until a minimum of 14 days since the spots have appeared.  This is because chicken pox is a very dangerous illness for newborn babies and I don't want to put the newborns at risk who come for a session.  Unfortunately if you do attend the session and your child is still showing signs of chickenpox spots I will not be able to continue with the session.  Please get in touch with me as soon as you know that your child/ren have chicken pox and I will be more than happy to reschedule for 2-3 weeks when all symptoms should have more or less gone.


Newborn session - If you are booking a newborn photo shoot and you still have not had your baby by 7 days prior to your session, you must let me know so that we can reschedule.  This means that you must give me 7 days’ notice please. Call me either at the studio or on my mobile so that we can discuss this.  


Free Maternity session - Please note that if you book a maternity session under the free offer that you do need to complete the newborn session and pay for the newborn session in full before the maternity session becomes free.  It is therefore important to make sure you are fully committed to both sessions before booking as once you're outside of the 14 day cooling off period even if no sessions have taken place yet there is no option to receive a refund of any monies paid if you change your mind about the newborn session.  If you change your mind about the maternity session but still want to do the newborn session, I respectfully ask that you please give me 7 days notice to cancel the maternity session.  If you have had the maternity session and then change your mind about the newborn session for whatever reason then you would be required to pay the full cost of the maternity session which is £79 and you would also be forfeiting your £75 booking fee payment for the newborn session.  Once the £79 for the maternity session is paid in full though you can come to the studio for your ordering appointment to choose your free print from the maternity session and if you want to, purchase any digital images from the maternity session.


Product prices - When you book and pay the booking fee it is assumed that you have seen the packages and additional products available and are happy with them.  


Booking a session - Your booking is not confirmed or reserved until payment of the booking fee is made and you have been sent a booking confirmation from me.  In your booking confirmation there will be a link to complete the session questionnaire and pay the remaining balance of the session.  Unfortunately, if I don't receive payment of the remaining balance and a completed session questionnaire the session will not go ahead so it is really important to make sure this is completed a minimum of 24 hours before the session.  Without this it will be assumed you are no longer attending and are happy to forfeit the booking fee payment.


Booking fee payment - Payment of booking fees can be made via phone call, bank transfer or via my shop.  The system is completely secure.  Payment of the booking fee is due when you make your booking or your session will be made available again.  Your session is not booked or reserved until the booking fee payment has been made.

£75 and £99 booking fee:  This booking fee can be used as part payment towards your chosen package.  The remaining package price is due a minimum of 24 hours prior to your session.  Failure to make timely payment could result in your session being cancelled.  Please ensure that payment is made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment with me.  


Split sessions - I know it's important to my clients to have family photos when you're coming for a session with your baby/child.  If it is not possible for one of the child's parents or siblings to attend the session due to work commitments, school, illness or any other reason.  Then I am happy for you to return to the studio at a mutually convenient date or time (subject to availability) so that we can get some family photos too.  Please note that there is a one off fee of £35 for a split session which is due at the time of paying the booking fee payment.



Gift vouchers: All vouchers are electronic and therefore I am unable to replace lost vouchers.  When booking the same terms and conditions apply as with all sessions. Vouchers have no cash value and are therefore non refundable.  Bookings must be made asap as slots do fill quickly Angel Eyes Photography cannot be held responsible if all the slots offered are not convenient.


Email communication - It is the client’s responsibility to check their Junk/Spam email folder for a confirmation email and any correspondence from me.   You will be sent a reminder email 3 days before your photo shoot, to confirm you are still planning to attend your session please pay the remaining balance of your session a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment time.  Payment can be made via the photo shoot questionnaire, the link for this is sent in both the booking confirmation and the reminder email.  Without full payment Angel Eyes Photography reserve the right to cancel the photo shoot and make the session available to someone else to book.  


Photography Courses:  Group courses - All attendees must be over the age of 18. The course fee covers the cost for one person only.  When you book your space on the course I will turn away all other interested parties and enquiries for that place on the course. For this reason if you wish to cancel your space between booking and four weeks prior to the course a cancellation fee of £49.50 will be charged. If you wish to cancel your space on the course within the four week period leading up to the course the full fee of £99 will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If for any reason I am unable to do the course on the day booked you will be offered the choice of a full refund OR a place on the next course.

1-2-1 and 2-2-1 courses - Attendees must be over the age of 18.  Full payment for the 1-2-1 courses are due when booking your date, without full payment your date isn't reserved and may be offered to someone else.  If you need to, you are able to reschedule the course ONCE only and by giving a minimum of 14 days notice.  The rescheduled date must be within 3 months of the original date booked.  If you do not give 14 days notice or wish to reschedule for a second time this will not be possible and no refunds are offered on these course under any circumstances.  Please ensure you own the minimum equipment required for the day which is a DSLR or bridge camera with the ability to run in manual mode.  Each person attending is required to have their own camera to use on the day.  Please make sure that you own the recommended equipment to attend the course as no refunds will be offer should you find you don't have the use of a camera on the day.


When you book with Angel Eyes Photography it is assumed that you have made yourself aware of theses terms and conditions and agree to them.  A link to the terms and conditions are sent with your booking confirmation to enable you to read them through during your 14 day cooling off period.
