Your Ordering Appointment 

After your photo shoot you are invited to come back to the studio for your ordering appointment.

Please make sure you complete the photo shoot questionnaire ASAP as on this form you will be asked to provide the days and times which you are able to attend your ordering appointment.  Based on this you will be booked in for your appointment at the soonest mutually convenient time.  Please don't leave this too late to complete as appointments fill quickly.

Ordering sessions usually take place 10-21 days after the photo shoot.  You'll have the opportunity at this appointment to choose your images from your gallery to make up your chosen package and products.

Where possible you should attend the ordering session child free.  The appointment length is 1 hour 15 minutes so children do tend to get bored.

Please feel free to bring other family members with you if they are interested in buying anything.  Just let me know how many people are coming so that I can arrange enough seating for everyone.

To prepare for the Ordering session I advise the following:

Take another look at the packages for your photo session and make a note of any products you have in mind.   

Have a look at the Optional Extras page, I offer unique products which aren't available on the high street.  Most of my clients choose to invest in at least one Wall Art product (Canvas or Acrylic) as it is a proven fact that children who have images of them displayed in their home grow up to be more confident and it gives a message every time they look at it telling them they are important. So have a look around your home and decide where you will hang any wall art products, send me a photograph of the wall, a mobile photo is fine as long as it's clear so do this in daylight.  I will show you what your photographs will look like in your home using your photos.

Make a list of any people that you may want to give a photo product gift to.  Photographs make the most wonderful presents!  Most of my clients buy something for the grandparents and the Triplex Folio and the print box with mounted prints are very popular at the moment.

You'll be able to collect any products you order from my studio when they have arrived or I can arrange delivery via courier at an extra cost.  Your chosen digital files will be emailed to you after your ordering session.

Any download purchases will be sent via Wetransfer so please keep an eye out for an email from them.  If you have an iPhone I can also send your photographs to you very quickly using Airdrop.
